伊斯兰教的人权与正义


伊斯兰教为个人提供了许多人权。 以下是伊斯兰教保护的部分人权。
伊斯兰教的所有子民的生命与财产都是不可侵犯的，不论该人是否为穆斯林。 伊斯兰教也保护荣誉。 因此在伊斯兰教中，不允许辱骂或嘲笑他人。 先知穆罕默德 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Salla 说：{忠于你的生命、你的财产及你的荣耀是不可侵犯的。}
伊斯兰教不允许种族歧视，因为古兰经在下列文字中提到了人类生而平等：
Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ys 众人啊！我确已从一男一女创造你们，我使你们成为许多民族和宗教，以便你们互相认识。 在真主看来，你们中最尊贵者，是你们中最敬畏者。 真主确是全知的，确是彻知的。 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ym（古兰经，第 49 章第 13 节）
伊斯兰教拒绝因财富、权势或种族而对某些个人或国家另眼看待。 真主所造的人类是平等的，而仅以忠实与虔诚来区分彼此。 先知穆罕默德 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Salla 说：{我的同胞啊！ 你的真主只有一位，你的祖先（亚当）只有一位。 阿拉伯人不比非阿拉伯人优秀，非阿拉伯人也不比阿拉伯人优秀，红（白中带红）人不比黑人优秀，而黑人也不比红人优秀，能比较的只有虔诚。}
人类今日面对的一个主要问题是种族主义。 发达国家可以将人送上月球，却无法停止他们的同胞之间的憎恨和斗争。 从先知穆罕默德 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Salla 的年代开始，伊斯兰教即已清晰地证明如何终结种族主义。 当每年来自全球将近两百万的穆斯林来到麦加朝觐 (Hajj) 时，此朝觐活动即彰显所有种族及国家之间真正的伊斯兰教兄弟情谊。
伊斯兰教是讲求正义的宗教。真主说道：
Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ys 真主的确命令你们把一切受信托的事物交给应受的人，真主又命令你们替众人判决的时候要秉公判决.... Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ym（古兰经，第 4 章第 58 节）
而且他曾说：
Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ys ...主持公道。 真主确是喜爱公道者的。 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ym（古兰经，第 49 章第 9 节）
我们甚至应该为我们讨厌的人主持公道，因为真主曾说：
Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ys ...你们绝不要因为怨恨一伙人而不公道。 你们当公道：公道是最近于敬畏的.... Human Rights and Justice in Islam Aqwas-ym（古兰经，第 5 章第 8 节）
先知穆罕默德 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Salla 说道：{同胞们，不要不公道，不公道会让你们在审判日身陷黑暗之中。}
而一生中未得到权利（即未接受公正审判的人）会在审判日得到他们的权利，因为先知 Human Rights and Justice in Islam Salla 说：{在审判日，权利将还给那些该得的人（且将重新改正错误）...}
